This website does not collect personal data. There are no forms to fill in, no account area, nothing to sign up for.

If you get in touch, you do so directly: by pressing the call button, opening WhatsApp, or writing an email. At that moment you leave this website and use your own app. We use the number or address you give us only to reply and to discuss your website, and we do not pass it to anyone else.

The language you choose with the IT / EN / DE button is stored in your browser, on your own phone or computer. It never reaches us.

The website is served by a hosting provider which, like every web server, keeps technical access logs for security and diagnostics.

If you use the chat: what you type is sent to an external service that generates the reply.

We keep the conversation on our server for 90 days, after which it is deleted automatically. We use it to see what people ask us and to fix answers that came out wrong. It is not linked to your name: unless you type it, we do not know who you are.

If you leave your contact details in the chat, we keep those separately so that we can reply, and they stay until you ask us to delete them. We always ask for them explicitly, with a form to fill in: we do not take a number or an email just because it appears in a sentence.

Even so, please do not type anything into the chat that you would rather keep private — documents, health data, passwords. Use the phone or WhatsApp for those.

Chat answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. On anything that matters, what we say to each other on the phone is what counts.

You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to us at the email address below and we will answer.
