A complete online shop: catalogue, shipping, returns and cash on delivery.
A Shopify shop built and launched for a client: the product catalogue, the product pages, shipping across Italy, exchanges and returns, and cash on delivery, with the brand's own look applied throughout.
( What we built )
The shop ran in Instagram DMs — every order agreed by hand, then written down and taken to the courier. Now people buy on the site and the order arrives complete. What is left for him is the parcel.
The shop, not a piece of one
Catalogue, product pages, checkout, copy — we built the storefront. Before this there was no site.
Shipping and returns that answer themselves
Cost comes from the customer's real postcode, and the returns rules sit where they are read. Those were the two questions that arrived in chat every day.
Local delivery, inside his own admin
